An inclusive society does not perceive differences as a threat but as an opportunity to live together and treat all other people with the same values and rights. Integration, whether in the social, student or work environment, must be a priority.
It is essential for everyone to live in an inclusive society since there is a lot of discrimination in the world and we are not the same, whether because of religion, skin color, culture, nationality, sexuality, gender, etc. One type of discrimination is when a person with a disability/illness does not give them a job according to their performance, not like "normal" people.
To conclude, a discriminatory society can bring serious consequences such as depression, anxiety and self-insecurity.
